Formative Years and Education Background
With a great interest in understanding natural medicine, Dr. Joseph Dubroff satisfied his curiosity by achieving a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 1997 from the University of Massachusetts in Boston. He furthered his studies and achieved a doctorate in Naturopathy in 2002 from NCNM(The National College of Naturopathic Medicine), located in Portland Oregon.
Further Studies and Accomplishments
During his school years at NCNM, Dr. Dubroff completed his 1 year residency term in homeopathic applications and mental health. He has created an awareness of his work through the numerous lectures to the local community, hospitals and other health institutions.
Field of Work
In the state of California, naturopaths are recognized as the primary care doctors. Dr. Dubroff utilizes a three prong approach to holistic medicine. He uses homeopathy, natural medicine and proper nutrition to promote good health and wellness with people who come to him with chronic ailments. His philosophy is rooted in a strong belief of the body’s natural ability to heal itself with the proper treatment.
The Road So Far
Having worked as a preceptor doctor, Dr. Dubroff decided to start his own clinical practice in Portland Oregon. In the year 2007, he moved to Los Angeles where he worked side by side with an orthopedic surgeon for a period of 2 years. He now has has several clinics in Southern California: San Diego, Carlsbad, Mission Viejo and Newport Beach.
