Snack – A single serving of fresh fruit, such as one orange or one apple
Lunch – A 3.5-oz. portion of an approved protein along with one fruit, one vegetable, and one starch.
Dinner – A 3.5-oz portion of an approved protein along with one fruit, one vegetable, and one starch.
Snack – A serving of fresh fruit, such as a handful of blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries.
